Turn-key boat. Buy it and sail it the same day, if you like. Not a project boat. Maintained by an aviation professional owner to a very high standard. Dry, tight, clean, and ready for immediate sailing; I sail her every week. She has been a fresh-water, Lake Superior boat since she was brand new.
The Ericson 27 is a Bruce King - designed masthead sloop with large interior spaces, excellent comfort at sea, at anchor, or at the dock, and wonderfully good-natured sailing characteristics. In addition, with an internal 4-cylinder 28HP engine and perfectly matched Indigo 3-blade prop, she goes like a torpedo boat when under power. I always have enough power with this engine/prop combination. Not many sailboats can make that claim!

REASON For Selling:
I have bought a larger and more expen$ive sailboat!! I only hope the new boat has the same good nature that Roxanne has. I love Roxanne and have spent many hours in making her 'right'. You will love her too!
